IH Model 15 Side Delivery Rake Parts

I'm looking for a hub for an IH Model 15 side delivery rake. It has the part number 458871R1 stamped into to it. The hub fits on the gear box and is bolted onto the
large drum that the bars are connected to. If anyone has a used one they would be willing to sell please let me know.

I considered taking it to a machine shop, but thought it would cost too much. How much did you pay to get the part machined? Thanks.
 
I make one last year from 3 pieces of DOM steel tube and some flat steel stock. I think the cost of the material was less than $75.
First DOM tube has the inside dia of the shaft. I cut a slot in it the width of the key. The 2nd DOM tube ID was the OD of the first tube. Then the 3rd DOM tube ID was the OD of the 2nd tube. The 3rd tube was only press on part way to create the cup for the nut. Then I cut some 2" wide flat stock to create a hex shaped plate for the flange. Then all parts were welded together.
You will need to clean up the inside/outside of each of the DOM tubes to be able to slip one inside the other.

I know this is a long shot but I m looking for that same piece and was wondering if anyone had new ideas or details on where to get/find one. TIA
