New Idea 504 Loader

I have a 504 New Idea Loader. The two lift cylinders need new seals. I can't find the brand or model # on the cylinders they've been repainted too many times.
They have a 1 7/8" shaft x 3 3/4 " bore and when closed measure about 53 ". I ordered a repair kit but what arrived was so far off I hate to try again.
Just replacing the entire cylinder won't due. I live in the eastern interior Alaska and shipping is a killer of young and old a like....:(
If you guys have any suggestions I'm all ears!
 
There must be a hydraulic repair shop somewhere up there? I had new rods made for mine, as the old ones were so rough. The ends of the cylinders are recessed, held in with a snap ring, and catch dirt- poor design. One cyl. sealed up good. I took the other cyl. back a time or two. It still has a seep.
