narrowing 244 JD corn head

was reading a post on here in archives about narrowing a 244 JD head for narrow rows. can't find the poster who said they had done it. wondering if any else has or has pic's of this.
want to do this for my 300 as want to go to narrow rows but only pick about 10 acres per year and cant find a 343 head around here.

Got a decent 343 sitting here in central Ohio.

I just took the inside row and moved it in about 6 inches, if you move the other then you are more likely to run over the standing row. Every thing is just clamped on so fairly easy to move.
