503 rake, bearing

Does anybody have a cross reference for the tine bar bearings on a 503 rake? Ford part no, 86523991. The bearing is marked FCA-8599 USA. I haven't been able to find an equivalent. CNH is a little pricey.

Take the bearing to a bearing house. Unless it's 'proprietary',it can be matched/crossed.

2X on local bearing house. Many times they will be better quality too. much better shields.

I'm thinking they may be proprietary. I can usually match bearings and seals through online catalogs but have not come across this one. It's like a cam follower bearing but the stud is a separate piece.

Try BCA 8599 instead of fca 8599

GOOGLE "cam follower bearing", there's all sorts of sites with catalog and dimensional information, you may be able to match up something by dimensions.

gbs, you were right. I got a better look today and it's BCA. The right side of the stamped letter faded out so it looked like E.
draftx, thanks for the offer but mine's in good shape. Just a few loose bearings and broken tines to fix.

You might check the new holland bearing on the 256 rakes it looks the same in the picture
