OK, i gave in to doing some shopping on black Friday. Drove 400 miles one way up thru Eastern Oklahoma, and what a beautiful drive.
I came home with a IH 449A 4 row planter its in great shape with two of the seed hoppers full of matching plates: corn, milo and beans and others.
Needs some cleaning up and a new tire. other than that, its ready for spring planting. gonna put it behind my 460 and M Farmall.
OK, so its old school; however, I don't need a computer and a set of metric wrenches to work on it. Oh, by-the-way, all of my Farmalls are old school too!
