Minnesota 5 hay rake

Does anyone know the proper paint for a Minnesota 5 belt drive rake? It's 3 colors, yellow basket and rims, a greenish color for the basket
stars, but unsure of the correct red for the main frame. This is to be restored so I'd like it as close to correct as possible. Thank everyone!

I have restored a couple of barge boxes and runnings gears made by Minnesota. I have found that either IH red or MF red works just fine. The yellow I have found the best matches for the yellow is Cub Cadet yellow. The green is the hardest because there isn't something out there that is spot on. It is light, and limey. The closest green I have found is Krylon Meadow Green. Take a look at the picture of the barge wagon. It is a MN 7 ton gear. I repainted the rims which turned out not too bad for as close of a match as I have found.

Farmall, that wagon looks good,
If you had it full of ear corn, rounded up like my dad always wanted

If I was not so busy down at the local coffee cafe talking with my buds, I would be happy to help you scoop it off, emptied many a load with the old trusty scoop,

I still have two 14 ft wagons with full sideboards ready to go, but guess they will never see any more corn,

maxwell99,
Ask and ye shall receive!! I didn't fill the first one as full because I was opening up a field and didn't want to get caught in the wrong spot with no place to go. I have been fortunate to be able to have acres available to play around with. I have a standing invitation to open this guy's fields for as long as he still farms. He only has around 30-35 acres of corn to pick. What kind of wagons do you have? Do you have pictures? I have barge box wagons made by Minnesota. I kind of took the liberty to paint this Heider box orange to somewhat match the orange Minnesota gear. I am hoping to get to wood varnished next summer on this box. I will see you next fall with that old trusty scoop!!
