#60 in plow

Going to be working on a#60 trip plow and the gear box is skipping . Guessing this isn't going be good . Anybody have anything do with one of these ? Might just make it hydraulic .
 
Pretty good chance that it is full of dried crusty grease, and maybe a broken spring. Clean it up first, check for breakage. Good traction tire helps as well.
