MF 124 sq baler, what yrs were they made.

Does anyone have an idea when they were made? Was the 124 the last model? Thanks

I don't know for sure when they started or stopped but a friend had a 124 bought new in '79 or '80. There was a line 22X built after. Know this isn't a lot of help.

'75 to '82, and they weren't the last....

We used to have one,I'm not sure what year it was but the 75-82 sounds accurate to me

There are two series of the 124. Look on the data plate for a dash number after the serial number. I think it is -1714 on the early series and -2183 on the later series. You can look on AGCO's parts site and I think it will give you dates for those two series. I've run both and am fond of the machines.
