Bush hog loader

I have a bush hog m 446 loader on a MF 4253 cab tractor. Yesterday, needed a little extra room in the shop, pulled the tractor out, killed it and shoved the lever into float. Went to put it back in the shop and the lever is stuck in float and will not return so I can control the loader. I can move the lever left and right and the tip of the forks go in the right direction, just can?t raise the loader arms. Tell me it?s very easy fix.

More than likely moisture has gotten in where the detent balls & springs are located on far end of spool from handle or operating cable. Remove cup then clean & lubricate the balls.

Do you have quick couplers? check to see that they all are still connected.

Piece of cake when you know what to do, I don't have very much experience on farm related things, worked in oil refineries and chemical plants (maintenance)for a very long time, so use to getting dirty. Thanks
