J.D.30 Combine

Just recently purchased a #30 combine.. not too bad except for tons of bird poop on it. Any thoughts on the good, the bad, and the ugly on this machine? I' reall just gonna use it to harvest a few acres of oats and maybe soybeans,

Good combine. I've had two. Used to do some custom combining with one of them back in the day.

Feeder Auger fingers rust solid, free them up before hooking up PTO shaft and damaging something, check the gear box on the bottom of the unloading auger, they get worn then wont unload. Got a operators book? I don't know if I can find mine, havn't seen it since I parked combine in fence row. If I could find it, it would be cheap.

Great small combine,I use ours every year for wheat and beans.
