Finally Figured How to Haul Tedder

I've got a Deutz Fahr tedder, and it does a decent job, but is impossible to haul down the road. If you try pulling it in road gear it will self destruct.
I figured if I got it off the ground, it couldn't hurt itself

Mine towed perfectly if you locked the rear wheels straight back and put the front ones in float so they could caster. Its the same way my NH has to be set to tow at high speed.

I had the same model Duetz Farr tedder back in the day and judging by the picture yours has the same issue that mine had. If you go down the road with it closed up, it will whip back and fourth. Where the caster wheels hooked to the tedder frame the pin / hole was worn out not to mention the casting too. It was a nightmare trying to transport it. I eventually bought a new tedder
