I had one that I think was just like your picture, a cockshutt is my guess.

Searched Google images for cockshutt plow and didn't find anything that was even close.

From the square bolts and nuts guessing it's from the 30's, early 40's at the latest.

Looks like a shop conversion from an IHC Plow maybe a #8 or some mounted plow like on a "C" Farmall. The shares will have the clue

It's a pull type that has been made into a 3pt. Looks like an old
IHC plow to me.

That is what I was suspecting, probably not worth messing with and sure wear parts would be almost impossible to get.
