8300 double run drill

Needing help setting drill to see 110 to 120 bushels per acre wheat.

110 - 120 BUSHELS??? I always broadcast around 1.5 - 2 bushel (if memory serves) per acre. Realize 115 would be about 6500 - 7000 lbs. per acre! I don't think there is a drill made that can plant that much. Recommend You purchase a manual before You do anything else. I am going to believe that You actually met pounds instead of bushels. 120lbs. would be 2 bushels.

I thought 8300 grain drills had a seeding chart inside grain box lid.

Hi,we have an 8300 we use for barley. I think ours runs a little heavier than the chart shows so we set it a little light. If you don't have a chart let me know and I'd be happy to look at ours and let you know what the wheat setting is on the chart. Best regards Phill
