horse drawn plow?

I aquired a single bottom plow that says chattanooga 70 cpa. I was hoping to put it on the spring mounting bracket of my restored super A plow but the springs are in the way of the mounting bolts. Does anyone know what this pkow is?

Would like to see complete plow instead of just little pieces that cannot tell anything about it and out of the weeds that are hiding it. Chattanoga was horse equipment.
 
Thanks for responding. I read that Chattanooga was bought by IH but who knows if thats right. Someone converted it for a 3 point hitch but I took the modifications off. Im hoig to the property tonight & will post new pics tomorrow. Heres another for now

It is, Farmall super a. Im trying to figure out hot to use the rusty one. It says chattanooga on it which was bought by ih.
 
I read that IH bought chattanooga in the '20's but who knpws. Can you think of a way to use this on a Farmall Super A. It would be perfect for digging road breakers.
