Papec Rotary Mower Parts

We have Papec rotary mower that is in need of repair. It needs new blades, the driveline rebuilt, and a new bearing in the gearbox. The u-joint rebuild and bearing should be pretty easy to find the parts. We are struggling finding replacement blades. The blades are 3" x 24" and 3/8" thick. There is a 4 1/2" offset in the blade. The bolt that attaches the blade is 5/8" x 2 1/4" fine thread. The hole in the blade is 1" with a reducing bushing. Does anyone have any leads for replacement blades?

For the blades try Lacal Equipment Inc., 901 W. Pike Street, P. O. Box 757, Jackson Center, Ohio 45334 937-596-6106. I just bought blades for my Wheel Horse from then, got them yesterday. First time dealing with then and they seem nice. While waiting a bit on person I had to see was looking at their catalog and manager name was last name same as neighbor and boy I went to school with back in 50's. Talking a bit to receptionest and said I wondered if he was connected to the person I know. Receptionest called back to office across partition and out came the manager and we talked a bit, did not know of any connection with the boy I want to school with but I did not know his dads first name, but to get to talk to manager of big company like it is means something to me. And I only live 6 1/4 mile from plant. Sell bearings as well. And my first name is Lester.
