Purchased a used Hesston 5800 round baler at the beginning of the season. Worked real well without any problems for first cutting. Started second cutting and was working just fine as well. The last 2 fields I have baled it gave me problems. The first time when baling at any point the belts would stop moving and it wouldn't roll the bale. I also noticed that the chain was slipping over a cog on the left side that moves a roller at the bottom. I also noticed that day was coming back up around the bottom roller on top of the throat clogging the belts from moving back and fourth. Not sure what is the real reason for the belts stopping. Second filed I completed last night and was having the same problem. Bale would stop rolling as the belts stopped moving. The chain and cod was slipping some but not as bad as the first time. Of course the hey isn't as tall as first cutting. Thought maybe that was the problem letting it come back up around roller jamming them up and prevent them from moving. Belts seem to be in descent shape. Any thoughts. Thanks.
