Help me with identifying what I have,PLEASE!!

I am restoring an old quail hunting wagon that has 4x36 tires on these iron spoke wheels and I am missing 1 hubcap that I desperately need to indentify and locate. I would be interested in a knurled "step" cap if available. The thread diameter is standard 3 1/2" x 8 pipe thread.

That look a lot like the wheels used on some of the old IH hay rakes. I have one that is now just a bunch of parts so I might have one or 2 on hand

It's been at least 60 years since I've seen one of those. I think that most of them went in the scrap during WWII. There were hard to thread on without crossthreading, so nobody liked them.

Thanks for the quick response fellas! That info about the hay rake would jive with what I was told about the wheels and tires by the tire manufacturer. Would you sell the ones you have? I only need one but ...
