What is the McCormick mower model number that fit on the rear of the Farmall C and Super C without fast hitch?

i got my IH book and it looks like it could be the model 16 or model 25 both came out in 1940

In the late 50's and early 60's when everyone was using mounted & semi-mounted sickle mowers like the 16 & 25 C we had a IH trailer mower where the PTO drove a straight line gear box that had the Pitman crank mounted directly on the gear box. (no V-Belts-Direct drive gear box from PTO)

I have been trying to find some information about what we had with no luck. I was wondering if there was anything in your book like that? From what I remember it worked okay but we always felt a little old fashion since everyone had mounted mowers. When it finally wore out Dad replaced it with a New Idea Trailer Mower which was about the same thing only newer.

It was not a Horse Mower. Back then Grandpa and a lot of the old guys were mowing with Horse Mowers pulled behind tractors.
