New Idea Loader Parts

Hello,
This is probably not the place to post this, but please don't verbally chastise me for doing so. I'm looking for a front pitch hydraulic cylinder for a my 504 series loader. Somebody before me welded the clevis to the piston rod. Anyway, the tag on the cylinder says #1003. So if anyone out there has a #1003 New Idea loader cylinder for the bucket, I'm interested.

A good hydralic shop can supply parts to fix what you have. Surplus Center,or Baily Hydralics can probably match up a cylinder. I think NewIdea is owned by AGCO. Do you have a AGCO dealer nearby?

You maybe better of getting a universal cylinder that close to the one you have.

Yes, I have an AGCO dealer nearby , but finding anything odd or old is next to impossible and if you do find it AGCO wants an arm and a leg...LOL. The problem I have is someone welded the shaft to the clevis and it is suppose to be removable with a bolt. Someone cobbled it up

I will probably just go with an aftermarket like PT said above. I was just hoping to get lucky and someone would have an old New Idea loader in the weeds for parts and would want to sell. Thanks anyway

i have several 504 loaders, still using 2. when the NI cylinder gets unusable, i just replace it with a standard hyd cylinder. the end yokes like to unscrew themselves, probably why yours was welded.
