I'm having trouble with the bales not consistently ejecting once they're tied. I was not having this issue with the baler last year, over winter I had the upper belt drive rolls recovered as I was having issues with the bales not wanting to start and the dealer mechanic said that the rubber needed redone. Since doing that the bales will not eject easily at less than full size and sometimes the. Baler manages to pull the twine off the bale. The trouble shooting guide in the operating manual does not seem to cover my problem as its not caused by wet hay too high of a bale density or too large of a bale. Last year it would eject any size bale I wanted what am I missing here?
Thanks
Dave

I'm assuming you had the rolls out to have them re-covered. I'm guessing here since I'm not familiar with the 2400, but having used 241's for several years. You might want to recheck the bale chamber for squareness. as well as the tension and tracking on the belts. Hope that helps.

Thanks I didn't think to check for things being square. Thought the belts were tight but will check
that again as well.
Thanks
Dave
