I have a Caroni 93" finish mower and recently threw a bearing in one of the idler pulleys. The pulley is shot and the other idler also needs replacing after further inspection. I have two new pulleys along with snap rings and new belts but I have not been able to get the race from the ruined bearing of the shaft to replace that side and on the other side the whole idler assembly is stuck on the shaft as well. I think I can get the race off the first shaft by cutting with an angle grinder and beating it to pieces but the pulley assembly on the other side has me stumped.....any suggestions?
