We got the timing- baled a bunch last night - lost idler gear on auger- replaced- baled more- started missing bales - got down to only 2 left- wire not threading or staying threaded part of the time. one side will tie and other side no wire- switches back and forth- found a loose pin in twister shaft- replaced - still wire erratic - one side- other side - . a little play in the right tucker finger when there no wire in it. any ideas what I should be adjusting.? thanks

1st wire baler has no tucker finger but has twister hook. Do you have twister hook oriented in correct position? Is point of hook directly under gripper pivot bolt when needles are in home position???

not sure at the ,moment.
sorry - the manual is generic-has 214 wire and twine, sounds like we might need to time the twister/gripper- need information on that. Have manual by Peaceful creek- hope it has correct information.

Twister hook can be advanced/retarded by removing removing roll pin, tapping drive gear over enough to allow twister shaft to rotate one direction or the other being very careful not to drop/loose woodruff key in shaft. If you have any questions feel free to email me as my email boxes are open.
