JD 336 wire baler needle idler replacement question

I need to change the idlers in the needles of my JD 336 wire baler. They available through Deere. The JD parts catalog shows the idlers are retained by a screw (#E11380). However on my baler it appears whomever owned before me used a rivet. The JD parts catalog shows the rivet for twine balers. Can these idlers be replaced without removing the needles? Any assistance is always appreciated.

What's wrong with present rollers? The screw that holds roller in wire needles has a tapered head with an allen head hole to fit in a countersunk hole. Yes these can be changed with needle still in baler.

Tx Jim, when looking at mine they have a lot of side play. As I view them I think they should be replaced along with the rear pulley and the center pulleys which also have a lot of side play. Thanks for your response.
