seeder chart

I have an old cyclone seeder made by the Cyclone Seeder Company and am in need of a chart to set to plant some grass seed. It is a 12 volt and bolts to the draw bar or a trailer hitch.

Those are great seeders. Calibrate it yourself. Put 2 lbs of seed in it. Using GPS drive 3mph. Time how long it takes to empty. Multiply the length you drove by the width of the band you planted.
If you don't want it I would be interested. Great for a 4 wheeler and road ditches.
PS Never, Never use it to spread fertilizer. That's how I killed mine.

I have a chart, if you tell me what you are planting I can get the information for you. Or if you want to message me your address, I can mail you a copy. Mine is a PTO drive but I would think the setting might be the same. I have two; one I bought for $50.00 and one I bought less a cover for $15.00.

I don't see a listing for crab grass. Does it go by another name? Here in Michigan, crab grass is a weed.

I called Herd Seeder Co. They now make that seeder and they were glad to e mail the charts to me.Mine is an old PTO drive with a flexible cable in a hose drive system.The charts don't match what it sows but then I only have Two dollars invested in it.Hope you have better luck with yours.I only ever used it for cereal grains in little foodplots.
