HS Hay Machine II

I saw an H&S Hay Machine II for sale locally for $3500. Has anyone used one of these before? Can someone explain how it works? I've seen it on youtube, but still not sure what it will do.

I currently mow with a drum mower, ted then rotary rake. The Hay Machine seems to ted and rake at the same time.

Is it worth pursuing?

Not sure what a "Hay Machine II" is. But I had a H&S heavy duty 16 wheel rake once. It was a fine machine. It really fluffed hay as it raked into a windrow.It would spread wide enough to put three 12' swaths into one large windrow.It was a bit big for small squares,but perfect for round and 3x3 or 4x4 squares.
 
Hi, It's a rake/tedder machine of some sort. I have added a photo.

Looks like a heavy duty horizontal tedder with some gathering wheels added to help overcome the width limitations inherent with that style tedder. Might not work so great in heavy, wet hay but probably a time saver in drier climates or 2nd and later cuttings.
