How well do the trailer pull type tedders track behind the tractor on a side hill? I've had trouble in the past with a rake I used to have trying to pass the tractor on a side hill which is why I went to a 3 point rake. Do they have enough weight to them to stay behind?

I used to do a fairly steep side hill and I don't recall it being an issue.

If the hill is that steep it should only be used for pasture. Keep the rubber side of that tractor down.

I have a Deutz Fahr 18 footer, and it trails well on side hills, and I run some pretty steep ground. It does not, however trail well on the road - it's a real pain. Kuhn is the way to go

Never had a problem with a 4 star tonutti, I am thinking the width and weight helps out.

Picked me up a Kuhn 4 star tedder today. It's an older GF in very good condition. Only needs a few tines replaced.

got to use my new to me Kuhn Tedder today. Works great! No problems on that side hill at all, stayed right behind the tractor.
