AC mower

just bought a AC 160 trailer type mower. its missing a jack for the tounge, would anyone have a picture of a complete unit so i know what sort of jack its supposed to have ? also wanted to check the gear box oil, opened the filler plug and seem like grease in it, so opened the the side plug, still seemed like grease in it - is this normal, its filled with grease instead of gear oil. Thanks

Oil may have been replaced with grease because of a leaking seal.

ok, i get that. but will it run alright with the grease ? Still looking for a picture of a mower like it so i know what the jack should be.

I have a couple of those mowers and don't think either one had a jack,back in those days many implements came with 'armstrong' jacks.I've run those gearboxes with grease packed in them with no problem.John Deere corn head grease is real good.
