1 1/4 gang bolt

I found a source a few years back for random gang bolts, and they had 1 1/4 square gang bolts in various lengths. I can't seem to find them now, maybe because they no longer exist, however if I could find them I think I need one or two for the old jd bwa tandem disc. Any help is appreciated, thanks.

ShoupManufactureing makes and sells gang bolts. They even custom make 'oddball' sizes too.I got onn for my Oliver disk.$108.00 if rememder correctly.

CFC Distributors has gang bolts too. I've had great luck with their stuff and they have excellent customer service. Can't say the same for others who don't have a clue about what a gang bolt is or does beyond their darned computer.

Your local JD dealer should be able to get it for you. CaseIH has gang bolts too. I used to get gang bolts for my Kewanee disk at IH. When I couldn't get the exact length I needed I would buy a longer one, cut it to length and then weld a new end on it by building it with weld beads

I will start looking. I built my own but they have started failing, after about 5-6 years. I think a hardened gang bolt is worth the money, even if I have to fab it.

Every time I go to order something from screwoop I get reminded there Price is more than the dealer buy the time I have it shipped now if you live in Wyoming or farther east I guess they have free shipping. Since I'm not important enough to get free shipping they can keep there garbage

If I were you, I would call Shoup's about that...

I have and they are Most Friendly, I believe they would work something out about that shipping...

Ron.

Maybe if you used their correct name and talked sensibly with them your results would be more to your liking.
