Had to re drill a bunch a of fall wheat with spring wheat

Had that same deal last year.Got a good stand this spring had some rains last fall.Did it winter kill or just didn't start?

i think some of it got planted to deep and we only
had snow cover for about 45 days cold and open
the rest of the winter

We did that once about 60 years ago. The elevator would only buy it for feed price so we had to mix it with oats, grind it and feed it to our own livestock.

Ya this will all have to go to feed but we didn't have much choice other than disking it under and starting over
