Hydraulic Dump Trailer from the 40's

Have opportunity to pick up a hydraulic dump trailer. The running gear has "Electric Wheel Company" plate on the frame. And the scissor lift has "Grain Master" painted on it.
Decent shape though some of the wood needs to be replaced. What price do these old dump trailers sell for?

I dont think there are enough of them out there selling to have a "set" price.Is there a price on the table? Make an offer($200?). Or something comfortable. Have a conversation with the seller.

A few years ago I spotted an small, old John Deere combine sitting the weeds out behind a house in the area. It hadn't been run for years so I contacted the lady who owned it. I offered her $500.00 for it. She said that she was thinking more in the range of $5,000.00. We parted as friends.

It sat in the weeds for a few more year and then disappeared. I imagine that it went to the scapper.

The moral of this story is, you have to start somewhere. It sounds like you'd like to offer the owner $200.00, and then see what happens. Good idea.

I know Ferguson made one I think mostly for overseas market. Only have seen pictures. Never heard of any others.

Thinking 2 wheel trailer, not a 4 wheel wagon, those are common.
