I saw this old post when I was looking up what kinda disc I bought. Little orchard type low profile discs are my favorite. In my opinion better than a new $ 6000 disc of the same size. The reason I think they are better is you don't need to have a 90 + hp tractor and they are half the weight. They don't make them like they used to. This 24b has no rust pits or repair welds. Ironically my disk is hooked up to my ih 584 so that is pretty cool how the 2011 post and mine would look like the before and after restoration. I would like to know what model that ih tractor was.

More pictures, I had a John Deere Killefer HD 8 was good but did not have the close turning radius this disk has in our orchard.
