Bush hog transport question

So here it is. Tractor new holland TS110
Large enclosed cab tractor. 4x4.
Bush hog bat wing rotary mower.
Model TD 1700. I guess 17 ft wide. It's big.
Folded up it rolls on 23x9.5x12 tires. They say not for hiway use.
The discussion at work is that this unit can't be towed on the hiway from site to site, we have many fields to mow. It would be ridiculous to trailer the implement or both units.
I think the non hiway use means not for a car for daily use. As if you mounted it on something other than this implement
Please provide your thoughts, thanks

Crank up the tractor and go. Should be fine to pull to the fields. Local contractors mow the highway shoulders here and they drive everywhere they go. Most all farm implement tires say "not for highway use", doesn't mean you can't pull the implement on the road, means not for high speed.

They need to lighten up! I pull my batwing with those composite wheels down the road. Those are REALLY not for highway use. I just stay out of the highest gear when I'm running down the road.

You are likely to do more damage to those tires with loading ramps than running down a blacktop. Those boys need to spend a little time on the farm. If it's black and found you use it. They would be ready to pull it across the continental divide after they saw some of the tires on my equipment.
