Identify this blade?

I'm looking for a back blade for my 2N and came upon this one locally. It seems to me that the teeth behind the blade might pivot down somehow and for some reason. Have an email sent off to the seller and hopefully can go see it/buy it in the coming few days

Looks like something home-made to me.

Looks like if you turn the blade all the way around and pull the rod, those teeth flop down and dig things up kinda like a box blade.
