John Blue Pump operation question

I plan to use a ground driven John Blue pump on my liquid nitrogen spray rig
The pump I have dosent have the manual clutch on it (the kind where u pull the rope to put it in and out of gear )
Is there a electronic bypass valve I can install on the pump to make it work or do I need to try and find one of those manual clutch rigs to go on it
Thanks for any help

the spray will only cover about 25 feet per pass

They make bypass valves that you set the pressure then you use an electric or manual shutoff valve. Can make it as simple or
complex as you want.

with nitrogen being so corrosive will the electronic valves hold up
I want as simple as i can go
lay it out for me if you want i am new to this spray stuff and having a hard time with it

Put a cylinder on the wheel to lift it off the ground to stop the wheel from turning the pump.

Thats a good idea Gary
When i say ground driven I mean it uses the little wheel to contact the spray rig tire to drive the pump all that tire moves is about 2"

It would seem that you need on the line(discharge line out of the top of the pump manifold)a valve to divert the
flow to the boom when spraying or back to the tank when turning around. A valve with one inlet and two outlets with an
electric solenoid valve with a butterfly. Call Banjo Corp in Crawfordsville Ind to check on a valve.

John Blue pumps are old school, but nothing is more accurate. Do you have a slide rule to get the number to set your piston stroke?
CDS-John Blue in Huntsville Ala.
Hope this helps.
