Trailer/wagon, John deere ?

Any ideas on this wagon. It has 4 springs under it. 16 in wheels, JD written on it across the front.

Deffinatly not John Deere and not a farm wagon with that pintle hitch. Also no farm wagon used 4 springs and it is too short coupled for a farm wagon. Heravy hauler. Something made for around in a factory. And the wheels are like was used on Hobart welders and farm wagons, I have one but heard the company name once but cannot remember it, that were all made at Troy, Ohio. But those wheels like to have the bead break off the rest of the rim.
