Help identifying a PC 164 shaft bearing

I am reviving an old buzzsaw (cordwood saw). The mandrel, is 2" diameter, and runs on two bearings which look somewhat like pillow block bearings. There appears to be a sleeve on the shaft which is driven by a clamp beside the bearing. Lubrication is by a zerk on top of the housing. There is a plate on the side, of the bearing which offers dirt protection from entering the inside of the bearing itself. I'm not yet able to disassemble the complete bearing (rust, etc). It seems the mandrel runs in a sleeve which is the rotating portion in the bearing block.

The only ID is PC 164 cast in the beaRing frame. Have not been able to run this down.

Need help on how it works, how to disassemble --- anything.

Thx in advance.
