Hesston 1070 manual

I bought a Hesston 1070 haybine today and I was wondering where I could find a manual. Also what are the good and bad with this machine?

Don't know anything about the machine it's self, but AGCO parts online has the parts book/ exploded view and parts #'s.

Your local AGCO dealer (MF, Hesston, Challenger, etc) will have the service manual. Part number is: 1704493.

As far as good and bad goes, I've only had mine for a year but FWIW it's a very solidly built machine and the sickle drive is very simple. The rubber on steel rollers are durable. Parts are easy through AGCO (though I have dealer in town, don't know about you).
Downsides: 7 foot cut is smaller than you think at first, makes really small windrows! and takes a ton of passes.

BTW, if you're having trouble getting the service manual from the dealer let me know, I can scan mine. But try the dealer first.
