what model plow?

its a John Deere... exact model, i,m not sure, 4X16 bottoms. One moldoard has 16" NU painted on it,s back side (replaced). Second question, coulter discs... what do you use for sizing them? 1 inch more than bottom size? i measure from coulter axle to mount post, its approx 9.5 inches inside coulter brackett/mount frames to coulter axle bolt. 15" coulter will easily fit, but i think 17 " will fit also.

You have a model 45 John Deere plow made after 1970 (3 bolts on the safety trip standards). Doesn't look like very favorable plowing conditions judging by the pictures :)

Finding these in the 4 bottom configuration is unusual. It would have been an economical choice for tractors like a 2030 or perhaps a console 3020 or 4000.

It's a 16" plow with NU (new universal) series plow bottoms. I have all new wear parts available for it should you need any (front moldboard looks cracked/ broken). I also have good used coulter parts and new blades. Yes 17" blades will fit those coulters just fine.

Where is the plow located?

Matter of fact, thats what i am looking for...Parts.... definitely 1 moldboard, 4 shins, 4 shears, 4 landslides, and wear blocks. And new hardware to attach all parts. Is this plow supposed to have a tail wheel? My email is [email protected]. I was looking at your website before.

I guess the Tail wheel must have been an option...I have never seen one with only the long Landslide at the rear, but it would help take some weight off it..

Looks pretty good (if it doesn't get any rustier)..excepting fpr those coulters..

I would figure at least 20" diameter for the Coulters...maybe a little bigger than that...I'd have to measure mine to be accurate..

Ron.
