Anybody know what brand this mower is?

Some short-line equipment manufacturer used to make things like that and paint them a variety of colors so you could buy one to match whatever tractor you were using. The manufacturer probably just made the housing and wheels, PTO shaft and gear box were just off-the-shelf components. There may or may not be a name somewhere on the machine; short-line companies weren't very particular about details. Might have just made those as fill-in work for their factory.

It is missing a rear wheel and arm. The one that's on there is on the wrong side.

The fellows have it nailed??? You had better not need spindle bearings. They only sell them as complete assembles. I bought in and had to replace the spindle bearings in it. The bearings are 125 MM which is easy but the spindles adjust like a wheel bearing with some real fine threads. They where stripped out on two of the three spindles. I got them machined but it took some money to get it going.
