Cousin has a 375 baler and wants to know if it can be adapted for mesh wrap. Anyone know?

Having installed a surface wrap on a 435 yrs back I think your cousin would better off to trade for a baler that already has netwrap on it. Netwrap isn't listed in 375 parts catalog plus older models (SN<-960000) with hyd twine tie don't have a twine pump that is required to power netwrap attachment of same serial number range. I doubt 375 has correct wiring harness for net.
