7100 planter

Does anyone know the weight of a 8 row narrow 7100 planter. Also will a 806 lift it. Thinking about using the 806 to plant with next year. This is just a basic planter just row units and no extras. TIA Keith

Unless it has lift assist wheels out the back, and your tractor has a full rack of weights or loader out front, and you run table top flat fields, an 806 is not enough. I had a 7100 6 row narrow and my 4430 wasn't enough when it was loaded. This too was just row units, and no insecticide.

Tractor will lift. Whether tractor front stays on ground safely is another question.
