Running Gear ID

Picked up another hay wagon this evening. Really what I got is a running gear as the deck and tires need replaced.

There is a decal that says Greenline in script and below is Green Manufacturing, Bowling Green Ohio. The running gear looks much more
stout than the others I've got. 6 bolt, 15" wheels. Tie rods are more like flat bar steel and reside behind the front cross member, which is a
boxed shape.

Anyone ever heard of a Greenline running gear? Good, bad and ugly? Any guess as to what the tonnage this gear might be?

BTW what's left of the deck is 16' x 7-1/2'. The deck was chained to the gear. Read about this many times, first time I've seen it.

Thanks!
Bill

I've been told that trailer manufacturing is the first step away from the junk yard. By the looks of some of the welds, that trailer was early in the first step.

I live about 80 mile south of there and don't remember of that company at all, could not have been a very big company.

I've seen a Green Line post hole digger. Did a search and apparently the company is now part of Benko, making safety railings and railroad car and truck loading and unloading products, but no agriculture products.

Thanks everyone.

Did a lot of googling and didn't come up with much of anything. We"ll put a deck on it this spring along woth some new paint, grease and some new/used tires and call it a hay wagon.

Thanks again,
Bill
