steel wheel removal

I am trying to remove a steel wheel from this case centennial plow, as far as I can see it should slide off, but obviously something is still holding it on, the wheel spins freely any help would be appreciated. Thanks Dan

I think you need to take the case apart. Once had an old MM plow that had a drive lug inside the case.I think I see a flange of some sort behind the wheel.Could that be holding? Bryce has a Centennial plow. Maybe he will chime in.
 
Yes, you do have to take the case apart as there is a big flange inside that is what is holding it in.
