That plow resembles an Athens plow. I wonder if Athens bought the rights to make it.

I emailed Athens plow company the guy that responded seemed to think it was a different company not affiliated with Athens.
I was also wondering how this would have been mounted to the tractor. Currently it has a home made bracket that connects to the draw bar but in my mind that seems to ridged. I would think that the front of the plow would need to be adjustable up and down. I have no experience with a semi-mount plow.

I've not seen a semi-mount one way either, but for it to work the rod from the rear needs to be capable of lifting the front of the plow as the wheel is lowered.

I had an Athens semi-mounted 4-disc plow, but it looked nothing like that one. Mine was originally snap-coupler, but had been converted to 3-point. There is a picture of one just like it in the plow section of C. H. Wendel's Allis book, hooked to a WD 45. Maybe that one is missing some of the hitch parts.
