I have exhausted every place and book I know of I am looking to source this 1 inch bearing that uses a drive pin to lock it in place and I am hoping some else has seen this?

Never seen that before, but I'm curious as to why a bearing with a separate eccentric
lock collar and setscrew won't work?

Our old Kincaid plot combine at Clemson U came with a lot of Roberts bearings. Replaced most with other brands over the years. I agree that a locking collar bearing should work.

it is dual purpose, it locks the bearings in to the block maintaining end thrust and locks the bearing to the shaft I think when turning with the Pto in operation the set screws are not going to hold it

Google "Bartlett Bearing". If they don't have it, it doesn't exist. IIRC, they have a sales rep named Joe Jackson, who is an
encyclopedia of bearings and seals.

Nothing special looking there. Remove the setscrew and replace with a roll pin. Drill out the setscrew hole if you need a larger rollpin.

i have bought new bearings with the intent to drill the set screw out to 1/4 inch it worked on the hole already taped, but I cannot get through the race on the other side I have bought drills, grinding bits, carbide tipped tools with no success
