tx Jim said factory built unit but didn't have a recommendation about who the manufacturer was. Has anyone else got a guess?

yes the were made in the 1970s and 1980s. they had adds in farm mags at time, can't remember the name but seen pics of farmall 856s hauling them through the fields. If I was at the other farm I could look in the farm journal and/or successful farming and find them, they were advertised all the time. that's all I can help at this time. john

Dunham-Lehr" made close to the same thing, which the picture looks more like then a "Harrogator".Look for old paint,D-L's were orange, where Unferferth were Green.

This unit has hints of green paint on it. It's in pretty tough shape but looks like its still functional. Looks like it is a Unferferth Harrogater

It's an older Harrow-Gadder brand without the leveling bars. I have a video on YouTube of mine with the leveling bars look under Bandit farmer for Oliver 1550 pulling a 14' harrow-gadder and packer to see it. One sure way to see who built it is if there is Green paint on it then it's a Harrow-Gadder brand, If it has any white or cream on the toung and orange on the rest of it it's a Dunum-Lier (? spelling) for sure.
