When someone asks an opinion about a machine . . .

and somebody replies something like "most useless thing I ever owned" or "never have one again", it'd be nice to know why that opinion was formed. Just saying to somebody to stay away from something because you hated the one you had doesn't really help anybody.

I agree - I think sometimes people don't like something because they didn't know how to use it or fix it and end up blaming it on the machine. Could have been the machine, could have been the person. Who knows without being there.

Because the Challenger inlines are not a high production machine, they do not like heavy windrows, you have to turn your head one hundred and eighty degrees to watch the pickup head, they are cheaply made, you can't make a sharp ninety degree turn with them. That is why I don't like them.

Of course you are correct. A reason should be included with their opinion. But you can always just ignore posts that don't give specifics. gobble

I notice that also no matter what the it is he has ran one but would never have one on his farm from cutters to combines.Matter of fact he has 2 post on this topic now.It is the 21st century we are in the stone age.
