I have been messing with IH balers but parts are hard to find (especially for a wire tie) and I'm think about switching to a New Holland and selling my wire tie while it is still a good working baler. I'm also occassionally catching flack from my horse hay buyers because they are wire tired bales (I guess they don't know you take the wire off).
Of the 267-276 New Holland balers which is the newest (or what are the years) and which are the higher capacity models? Any one of these you would stay away from?
Local New Holland dealership has a GOOD baler man, local John Deere dealership charges $120 an hour for their guys to learn how to work on square balers.
