What size of twine do you use for a John Deere 214 T baler my twine keeps breaking when there is leverage on the hay bales from it leaning over getting ready to fall off the back and drop to the ground.

Just a guess here, but you probably got the 16,000 foot balls of twine, rather than the 9,000' twine, because you got more feet per dollar, right?

The former is strictly for large round bales, and the later is the stronger, heavier stuff for small squares. At least you know your knotters are working well, as thin twine often doesn't work in worn knotters.

I would add that the first thing to do is a "post mortem" on a few bales. Look at the broken twine. Did the knot come undone? Did it break right next to the knot? Did it break at a location not next to the knot.

That piece of information will go a very long ways toward troubleshooting your issue.
