other than wear band in blower band what are differences between two models ?

I was getting ready to answer till I noticed you were asking about an 860, not an 800. An 800 was built heavier than either of the two you are asking about. Can't give any meaningful help on the actual question.

If you haven't bought them yet do not buy either. My neighbor has a 865 he bought new and took great care of and it is the biggest piece of junk ever built.Poorly built and way to light,it has way to much light guage metal. Get a Deere or a NH even an IH would be better than a Gehl.The large Gehl machines might be ok but not those.They also pull harder than the others as well.My 3940 has chopper three times the tons of feed as his and shows less wear. Tom
